BEFORE YOUR CONSULTATION

Before your initial consultation, you will need to print and complete this short health questionnaire which can be brought with you to your appointment. 

Patients for Neuro Emotional Technique ONLY need not complete the above form.  Only print and complete this patient registration form. 

YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation consists of helping you to get a good understanding of holistic healthcare with a chat about your current health before we get to work on finding the best way of helping you back to balance. 

This initial holistic consultation will last for 60 minutes so that we have enough time to cover all aspects of your health. The plan may contain homeopathic preparations, nutritional supplements, and possibly some dietary recommendations.

Consultation FEES

Consultation fees are based upon session times booked in 15 minute increments charged at $45

Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $180

Basic Follow-up (30 minutes minimum): $90

For clients that are also enjoying the benefits of Neuro Emotional Technique, it is suggested that additional time is booked in 15 minute increments up to a total of 90 minutes. In most cases, the basic follow-up plus 2 (60 minutes) is recommended.

Basic Follow-up plus 1 (45 minutes): $135

Basic Follow-up plus 2 (60 minutes): $180

Basic Follow-up plus 3 (75 minutes): $225

Basic Follow-up plus 4 (90 minutes): $270

Follow-Up Prepayment Bundles: Clients may choose the length of their follow-up session (30 minutes minimum, 60-90 minutes recommended if you are enjoying extensive Neuro Emotional Technique) by using their bundle accordingly until it is completed. Bundles may be used among multiple family members or friends.

300 minutes (5 hours): less 10% $810

480 minutes (8 hours): less 15%  $1,224

600 minutes (10 hours): less 20%  $1,440

Children and young adults under 18: less 20%, or less 50% when at least one parent is a client.

SUPPLEMENT / REMEDY COSTS

Any nutritional supplements or homeopathic remedies prescribed are chargeable in addition to the consultation fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit card, cash, check or online banking are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours, there is a 50% fee charge whilst 100% of the fee is payable for non-attendance without cancellation.
